Community Strategy with Deb
What is a strategy session? We can do many different things together during a live virtual call, and the key to success is gaining clarity on your best next project, business, or program. Over the years, I’ve hosted dozens of calls with clients who needed help in their business, community, or designing their Mighty Networks.
How it works: Once you book a session, you’ll receive a checklist with items to share during our session. Have 1-3 specific goals for the session and write them down to discuss them at the beginning of our session to make sure everything we need to accomplish is listed and we can get through as much as possible.
As a Mighty Networks designer, I can help you navigate the platform and answer your questions about implementing your ideas inside. I can also take the controls, and we can build your network right in that session if all you need is to gain clarity on your community strategy.
If you are starting your business, as a YouMap® Coach, I can help you identify your strengths and how to leverage them without using burnout skills.
During our session, you can decide whether you want to focus on strategy or implementation as the primary focus. If you have a structure and a plan, we can discuss how to implement that better and improve your process. If you don’t have a structure or a plan, we can work to create a roadmap for the next 30,60 and 90 days.
