New Community Leaders Wellbeing Webinar 

Leading an online community can feel overwhelming and daunting, especially in the face of ongoing challenges. On April 4th at noon Eastern, Community Builders with Purpose will host a live discussion on our unique challenges as community leaders. 

Nicole Gray, the Founder of Boxed Community, will lead the discussion and share her experience in supporting business leaders to thrive. Boxed Community is committed to helping your well-being to ensure sustainable success later. 

Nicole’s community offers courses, coaching, and membership for leaders to connect during wellness activities. Through one-on-one and group coaching, Nicole helps leaders grow, improve their well-being, and develop an entrepreneurial spirit. As a wanderlust and visual artist, she infuses her programs with diverse experiences, creating engaging and empowering experiences. 

From clarifying your community concept to defining your ideal member and launching a new group, it can be challenging to find time for reflection. Over the past few years, I’ve learned that trying to take on too much leads to burnout and feelings of failure. Every community leader I’ve worked with has struggled with when the right time to pause is. 

Nicole discovered the pressing need to integrate leadership and well-being in today’s fast-paced business environment. During this session, she will lead the conversation and share tips, strategies, and frameworks to help leaders incorporate more wellness practices into their daily lives.
