A Community Strategist who helps entrepreneurs find calm building

Today is a great day to celebrate the first of many days this month that celebrates women. Across the globe, women are celebrated for their accomplishments, sharing stories of their challenges and opening up dialogue to cultivate more inclusive communities.

Join me on March 8 for a lively discussion with five women who will share their stories about women who inspire them within their communities. We will be going LIVE on YouTube!

International Women’s Day (IWD) is a global celebration observed annually on March 8 to recognize and celebrate the achievements and contributions of women throughout history. It also serves as a day to raise awareness about gender inequality and advocate for gender parity.

This year’s theme for IWD is ‘Inspire Inclusion’: When we inspire others to understand and value women’s inclusion, we forge a better world. And when women are inspired to be included, there’s a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment. So, collectively, let’s forge a more inclusive world for women.

Many individuals participate in events and initiatives to mark the day, including conferences, panel discussions, workshops, and awareness campaigns. International Women’s Day is a time for celebration and an opportunity to reflect on the progress made and the work that still needs to be done to achieve gender equality worldwide.
