- A desire to gather others around a topic, interest, or challenge.
- A group of 3-15 people willing to meet consistently for a period, which you can define based on your understanding of the group.
- A place to gather can be anything from a coffee shop to a Zoom call.
  
  Tips to identify your ideal community structure
  - Your bandwidth to lead, host, develop, market, promote, and grow.
  - Start with either a networking focus, a support focus, or a learning focus (but not all of them, and not at the same time)
  - Consider who could be able to support you in this adventure. Who’s someone with a passion for connection and would be interested in partnering with you to co-host events or develop some programming from their life experiences?
    
    Best practices for creating psychological safety
    - Earn your members’ trust by showing up authentically.
    - Define what the purpose of the group is and what you’ll be talking about.
